    Feel free to submit a Repair Order even if you’re unsure whether a claim has been opened. If we can’t find a claim, we will get in touch with the customer to gather the necessary details.

    If a repair is not covered under the Protection Plan, we will notify you and the customer. You can then discuss the uncovered costs directly with the customer.

  • Can I update a claim if additional repairs are needed?

    Yes, you can update a claim if additional repairs are needed. Please drop us an email with the new repair details, and we'll assist you with the updates.
