    You can file a claim online through our website by clicking the "I have a Protection Plan" button, then selecting "File a New Claim" and following the prompts. The process is straightforward and will guide you through all the necessary questions. Alternatively, you can log in to the customer portal using the same email you used during purchase and file your claim there. In this case, some fields like your name or boat HIN will be pre-filled. You can also give us a call, and we will open the claim for you.


    Additionally, your repair shop can open a claim on your behalf through our website. Just let them know that you have a Boatzon Protect plan.

  • What documents do I need to file a claim?

    There are no mandatory documents required to file a claim, but if possible, it is recommended to attach photos of the damage, maintenance records, and any relevant receipts. Providing these documents can significantly speed up the process.
